    They had a good stay. The place is near everywhere. It was near the church which they love, malls, etc

    Has one of the kindest accomodation staff we've met. We forgot to ask Kuya's name in the front desk but he was so kind to us. The place was just at the back of Jaro Cathedral so we didn't find it hard to commute around the city. Perfect for traveler who were not looking for accomodation with other amenities. The room were small but it was clean and the Aircon works well. I might book this place again when I go back to Iloilo.

    I understand that this is a budget accommodation but I have been to a lot of budget accommodations already. The price should not be an excuse to still provide the comfort for every guest as expected from a hospitality industry. The staff are no doubt very helpful and friendly but it will not cover for the basic facilities expected. I can understand the size of the room but at least the toilet should be in proper order. The flush is not working, the hot shower is perfect for hot coffee and not for shower. I asked for room clean up everyday (I stayed 4 nights) but they did not empty the trash bin for the length of my stay. The towels can be replaced already since it is already so thin that it is for single use only. the beds are squeaky. the wifi is not working inside the rooms though I saw the router outside. I hope they do maintenance check with the facilities and find improvements. The entrance is blocked by parked vehicles which I needed to squeeze in to avoid scratching those parked vehicles. This is a safety issue. The entrance should not be blocked for emergency.
