I had a pleasant stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a good night’s rest after a busy day. The price was affordable and definitely worth it, especially if you’re just looking for a place to stay overnight. The staff were also accommodating and friendly. Overall, it was a simple but satisfying stay, and I’d gladly come back again.

BUDGET FRIENDLY HOTEL

I booked this hotel because I trusted RedDoorz and had always had great experiences with its facilities and amenities. I had stayed at several RedDoorz hotels before, and the experience was superb. Unfortunately, this time was a BIG NO.
First, we were shocked to find that the room looked completely different from the photos shown on the app. It looked like an abandoned room.
There was no double-lock system on the door, which made us feel unsafe.
The bathroom was even worse. I was willing to settle for the room as long as the hot and cold shower worked, as advertised. However, it turned out that it wasn't working. Fine, we thought we'd just use a bucket and dipper instead. But to our dismay, the bucket was cracked and had yellowish stains, and the dipper was in the same condition! I couldn't even bring myself to take a bath or wash my face using those items.
To make matters worse, small cockroaches were everywhere!
The pillows were too thin and looked old, while the blanket looked like it had been around for 20 years. The TV wasn't working either.
Since we were staying for five days, I immediately requested a room change. Thankfully, the staff granted my request, and the new room was better. However, the entire experience was still a hassle and caused unnecessary stress.
I want to acknowledge that the staff were good and accommodating, but unfortunately, that alone wasn't enough to make up for the poor condition of the facilities.
I would not recommend this hotel. This was definitely a lesson learned, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the rooms. I expected better from RedDoorz based on my previous experiences, but this stay was truly disappointing.
