Trees bonne localisation et garage souterrain appréciable. Conviend à 2 personnes.
Équipement standard ou limite, très forte chaleur difficile à supporter du fait qu'il n'y ai pas de clim même si 2 ventilateurs sont à disposition. Nuisance de fin de soirée dans la rue qui peut gêner du fait d'être au 1er étage. Sommier du canapé lit creusé.

La ubicación y tener garaje incluido , la plaza de garaje era un poco difícil de usar pero con paciencia a base de maniobras pudimos entrar el coche y sacarlo . Es un todoterreno.
El sofá cama tenia una pieza rota , suerte que quien tenia que dormir en el era una persona delgada , por el contrario no sé si hubiera aguantado correctamente. Al ver el problema hice fotos y las mande al encargado me contestaron que muy bien. También me molestó que una de las lámparas auxiliares de la mesita de noche que eran con cable usb no se pudo utilizar porque le faltaba el adaptador/cargador . Seguramente un cliente incívico lo sustrajo para su uso personal.

poignées des portes-fenêtres, des fenêtres et d'une porte cassées. pas de plats, ni de saladiers, balcon sale, placard à balai cassé. un tiroir sans façade.

De perfecte ligging en de garage in de prijs inbegrepen. Goed uitgeruste keuken.
Zo goed als alles is kapot of volledig uitgeleefd. Enkele voorbeelden: in de badkamer zijn douchekop en zeeppompje kapot en staat de kraan van de lavabo los, het rekje staat op instorten en het deksel van de bidet is kapot/los.. Bed heeft een slechte matras en beddengoed leek niet gewassen. In de keuken géén keukenhanddoek voorzien, geen schilmesje, geen getand broodmes.
