Небольшой но хороший завтрак
Квакающие всю ночь лягушки под окном , но дверь на балкон не закрыть , нет кондиционера. Очень тонкие двери и шумящие по ночам китайские туристы на которых пришлось гаркнуть чтобы притихли. Отелю нужно ввести режим тишины как в других отелях с 22 до 8 утра

View phòng nhìn hồ rất đẹp dù giá phòng rất rất hợp lý. Phòng ngoài đời rộng và view hồ đẹp hơn trên ảnh nhiều nha. Cơ sở, phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, hiện đại, và mới. Nhân viên dễ thương, lịch sự. Khách sạn linh động và hỗ trợ khách tận tình. Từ khách sạn ra trung tâm thành phố cũng không xa và mắc nếu đặt taxi đâu. Xung quanh khách sạn có thể đi dạo trong rừng, quanh bờ hồ cũng rất đẹp và chill.
1 điểm trừ nhỏ là phòng cách âm không tốt lắm, nhưng vẫn sinh hoạt ngủ nghỉ được nha.

Buffet sáng dở, phục vụ trễ, giờ bắt đầu buffet sáng là 7:30am, khách sạn nói đã thông báo với booking.com để thông báo cho khách, khăn hôi, nước nóng yếu, phòng kín mít không có khe thông gió hay máy thông gió, drap giường cũ, áo gối có mùi ẩm mốc, trong phòng không có tủ lạnh, đèn đọc sách hư mà tháo bóng đèn ra rồi không lắp lại đèn mới, nguy cơ rò rỉ điện cho em bé
