The owner was super helpful and accomodating. He was very patient explaining things. And it was very easy to communicate with him. One can conveniently walk to the Jert Beach and a nearby store has bread, milk and everything one needs. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. It was not a party place, which was good for a good rest. Other beaches, restaurants and big supermarkets are just a few minutes drive. For the children, it was fun to explore the neighborhood.

Everything was very good. And have no negative remarks. But more of caution or note for people in general on mosquitoes and forest fire avoidance. Croatia has mosquitoes so one needs Citronella spray to keep them away. Grilling is fun. But for those who love grilling, one should be aware that there are forest fires in summer. So its better to avoid when possible. Its not said by the neighbors that one should not grill. So we grilled in the first few days but then realized that no one was grilling we asked the neighbors about it. They said it is our choice and we should be careful when we do. But they do not do it because they want to avoid forest fires. And we were glad that we asked and told us. So this is more of a note to people on forest fires and make a conscious decision whether or not they want to do so.
