Venetian dream apartment

We had great commuication from Andrea prior to arrival. We arrived in Venice earlier than check in time but Andrea arranged for us to drop off our cases at the apartment while it was being prepared. Andrea was friendly and welcoming and met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was comfortable and exactly as described. We stayed during a heatwave but the aircon kept the apartment very comforatble. The location is perfect for sightseeing and has numerous restaurants nearby. A supermarket is a just a 4 minute walk away. If we reurn to Venice we would stay in Andrea's apartment without question.

Bedroom too crowded with ornaments for me

The appartement is decorated with taste, spacious and comfortable. Attention to details, clean, spacious. Close to everything and quiet. Andrea was very helpful and communication was great. My five top accommodation booked through Booking!!!

Everything. The location was great, the facilities were great, the decor was great. Andrea met us from the water taxi and showed us to the apartment and could not have been more helpful. The information in the apartment about local shops, restaurants and bars was really helpful and absolutely spot on.
