Palermo Soho, Un Lugar Soñado en Plaza Serrano

Location is awesome, plenty of restaurants and places to shop, property was very well kept

Had everything required. Once apartment was ready we could go in. Central and apartment was at ground floor level.

When it was raining one could hear dripping sounds loudly. Apartment is not as modern as one seen in photos.

It has all appliances you’d need, including a good washing machine, which helped us a lot. The location is good, very central in Palermo.

The owner does illegal a transfer through a Spanish bank account if you want to pay in Euro (I only learned about this later). We also paid part of it in ARS and the owner scams you taking a bad exchange rate in his favour, making it way more expensive. Not nice at all. The bathroom smells mouldy. The apartment doesn’t really have a window. It technically has one to the Main Street, but it’s really hard to open and super small for the big apartment on ground level. This makes it dark and also the only way for fresh air is the AC, but the AC definitely needs some cleaning or air filter change, it smells a bit mouldy. The location makes it very hard to get a good nights sleep on the weekend since there is lots of bars just in front of the door. If that’s what you’re there for, great. Otherwise, I’d recommend to not stay there on the weekend. In general, the apartment isn’t very dirty, yet it definitely needs a better cleaning, especially the bathroom, floor and some dust management. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but ok.
