Wohnung in einem Neubaugebiet von Oberteuringen, schön zum Spazierengehen in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und mit zusätzlicher moderner Technik, wie beispielsweise elektrischen Rollos oder einem Geschirrspüler, ausgestattet. In der Küchenzeile fehlte nichts. Es gab genug Platz für 2 Personen und bequeme Betten. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort, und zum Bodensee ist es nicht weit. Der Preis für die Wohnung ist wirklich günstig.
Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain. Man braucht tagsüber elektrisches Licht. Auch wenn es eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit oberirdisch im Freien gibt, wird man sich tagsüber wohl nur bei schlechtem Wetter in der Wohnung aufhalten. Von der Schlüsselübergabe im Schließfach erfuhren wir erst bei Ankunftt mit einem Telefonat. Da wir ohne Navi waren, war es sehr mühsam, die Adresse zu finden, ein Plan wäre gut gewesen. Aber sonst alles ok.

Der nette persönliche Kontakt zur Familie Speth. Wir haben uns daher gleich willkommen gefühlt. Familie Speth hat viele Informationen rund um den Ort und mögliche Aktivitäten bereit gestellt. Kaffee war vorhanden, das hat mir den morgen gerettet.
Es gab nicht auszusetzen.

Good sized and very new appartment with all amenities. Kitchen is very well equipped. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Location is quiet and in close driving distance to Lake Constance, Meersburg, Friedrichshafen. Recommended!
