Very beautiful area for a lovely cottage at a good price. We only stayed one night, but if i ever came back to this area, I'd stay here again and for a lot longer. Bonus was laundry facilities and a nearby convenience store for food. And the cutest seals in the river!. These would be great for a longer, relaxing family stay.
My stay was too short. We booked only for the night before our ferry crossing to Nova Scotia. Decent distance from Port-au- Basque. These cottages are in a lovely rural area without a lot of amenities close by. So quiet!!

All good, pleasant location, well set up, seals basking on nearby sandbar during low tide, quiet.
A bit hard to get to but worth it. Nearest restaurant 15 minute drive away. These are very minor issues.
