Localização excelente, perto do Beto carreiro(15min a pé ) e tem ótimos restaurantes que dá para ir a pé. Apartamento grande, acomoda bem 4 pessoas, até 6. Bem completo, tem cobertas e lençóis, toalhas, e bastante coisas de cozinha. O dono foi bem tranquilo e solicito. Voltaria com certeza.
Poderia ter mais coisas básicas como óleo, sal e rolos de papel higiênico adicionais.O ar tinha um cheiro bem doce e incomodo nos primeiros dias. Quando vc fica com o térreo, dá pra ouvir os hóspedes da parte de cima andando e fazendo barulho. O ar era um pouco barulhento em um dos quartos.
