This is not your usual tourist accomodation, but a tastefully furnished apartment where somebody really lived fulltime.
We would have liked to walk to the beach, but that was a bit too far; by car it was easy though.

Hosts needs to coordinate between themselves to avoid misunderstandings with clients, this is what you don't want during your holidays.
It is promoted as a Villa but it's actually a shared one, meaning you'll rent only the upper portion.
