    Although I paid full amount in advance at time of booking, when I called after the check in time, I was informed that no room was available which created a lot of inconvenience (earlier when I called 3 days before , after I booked the room, they have informed that room was available) . However the staff was very supportive and he arranged stay in another hotel, but I had to pay extra amount also. This issue arose because the room was provided to other guests who came to hotel directly for booking and they paid higher amount than what was quoted in app. For the sake for future customers who are planning to book in this hotel, please ensure that you contact the property before check in otherwise you might also end up in this situation of not getting any room or paying additional amount.
