Bel appartement avec grande terrasse-jardin et parking (important car tt est payant à Calvi), très bien placé au calme.
Le forfait ménage obligatoire à 70 € à payer en liquide, "ça arrange tt le monde" comme à dit la personne... Mais surtout le ménage n'était pas fait

L'emplacement par rapport à la ville
Pour arriver au rez-de-jardin il faut gravir plus de 25 marches + 5 pour atteindre l'appartement
Pas de parking gratuit privé
TV non opérationnel
Supplément de 73 euros de ménage.
L'annonce a été modifiée après notre réservation.
Et suite à nos remarques le propriétaire a même corrigé l'annonce concernant le parking et l'accès au PMR le 15 septembre.
Il y a eu tromperie de ce monsieur MEYER
