Such a gem. My kids were so thrilled at the generosity! They the people are so nice, they got candy canes, bacon and eggs!! The Christmas tree, so thoughtful. I wish we were staying here through Xmas. The property had lovely flowers and birds. Such a treat to look out the kitchen and see horses! Loved everything!

Very beautifully decorated, welcome breakfast items and wine was so thoughtful. Location is fantastic with morning views of horses. House and outdoor design was perfect for family and kids. Love the amenities including fire pit, outdoor seating, board games, xmas decorations, washing machine and dryer and pegs and even outdoor play equipment. We wouldn't have had to go anywhere else other then lunch and dinner. There were even small toys inside for kids already. Lemon tree on premise and also rosemary and thyme to use with breaky! Absolutely fantastic.

Few cobwebs outside but that's what you get with a country style home so not bothered.

The location was isolated and quiet which we appreciated. It was clean, spacious and well maintained, therefore my family loved the accommodation and would definitely come back.

No toilet facilities for the front patio room. The heating system of the aircon did not work in the outside room on the back patio. Wash basin plug in non functional in toilet. The fridge freezer is de-frosting resulting in water leaks.

spacious, country feel, eggs and fresh bread on arrival, good amenities in the kitchen. Far enough out of town to still feel country but only a short drive into town.

third bed was reported to be uncomfortable/firm. Traffic noise from road trains early morning.
