Well located for the old town, very helpful staff, Had a secure garage for the motorbikes (away from the hotel) but showed is the way and gave us a lift back. Excellent service.
Entrance is on a narrow side street, confusing Nav and the bathroom had a broken tap and a shower door that wouldnt fully open (hit the sink) making it a little difficult.

It was in the center of town and the breakfast was very generous.
The door to the restaurant should always be kept closed due to the noise that resonates upstairs to the rooms.

On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good – fresh bread, cheese, ham, juice, coffee with milk, pastries, yogurt, and fruits. The hotel is pet-friendly, even during breakfast, which was a big plus for us. The location is also great.
We stayed in two rooms with our friends, and unfortunately the check-in experience wasn’t great. One of the rooms wasn’t ready when we arrived, even though we came two hours after the official check-in time. There was cleaning staff inside, and we were told to wait until they returned to finish and remove their things from the room.
In both rooms there were no pillowcases or towels, so we had to ask the staff to bring them. In one of the rooms, the bathroom door handle was broken, and we also had to ask for it to be repaired.
Another big issue was communication. I asked several questions about bringing a dog before our arrival and never received any response. After we checked out, we realised we had forgotten a personal item in the room and wrote to the hotel asking if they could return it, but again we never received any reply. Communication was basically absent.
