寝るだけだったらなんの問題もないです！
部屋の中はきれいですしアメニティも揃ってます！
アパート改装してるのでミニキッチンと鍋もあります。
テレビ、冷蔵庫もあります。
今どきこの値段で泊まれるところはないのでありがたいです。
フロントでミネラルウォーター1本もらえます。
門限はなしです。（その分治安悪いかもですが…）
多賀城駅から30分なので電車を使う人にはお勧めしません。
コンビニは歩いて15分くらい？
古いアパートの中をリフォームした感じです。外観が古いのできれいなところに泊まりたい人は選ばないほうがよい。
3階建てですがエレベーターはありません。
なんか変なニオイがします。

車移動で仙台に出張、宿がどこも一杯、もしくは価格が高騰していてこちらの宿を選択。アメリカのモーテルが思い出されるようなシンプルな滞在、私にとっては十分でした。駐車場も建物に隣接、無料で台数もまずまず確保されています
個人的には問題ありませんでしたが、お酒を飲まず食事をするような場所が徒歩圏にありませんので注意が必要です。小さな居酒屋が２，３軒ともつ焼き屋が近くにあります。もつ焼き屋は人気のようで土曜日の開店時間に言ったら予約でいっぱいでした
