Stayed at Riva quite a few times, this was by far the best hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, as were the staff. Felt very cosy and individual touches made it very stylish.

I booked through booking and thought the parking charge was rather excessive at €20 per night. Also felt the shower enclosure could perhaps be updated, but this is don’t a criticism.

Very pleasant stay. High quality breakfast and dinner

Very nice hotel near the center of town. Helpful staff. Excellent included breakfast, even the chef preparing special request. One of the best dinners we had in our month in Italy.

Amenities in bathroom were limited. Skin cream and wash cloths would be nice. The property was farther from the lake than expected, but once we learned the way it was quite easy.

Good location, helpful staff, outstanding breakfast and great view from our balcony.

The room was very small and there was no place to manage our luggage and toiletries. A problem getting hot water.

The location and views are amazing!

The location is what you pay for. The views are easy to wake up to. We had some slow mornings because of the great breakfast buffet. We stayed in the off season so I bet it’s happening in the summer. All the staff we interacted with her awesome. The staff working buffet were so kind.

The shower water didn’t get hot :( The rooms a bit dated. I’d say it’s hard to say if this place is worth the price. It’s a toss up. I had a lot of fun though and very great location. 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely great! A beautiful villa in the old city centre, 5 min walk from the shore and 15 min from the beach, great facilities, delicious and plentiful breakfast served till 11 We have upgraded our stay to junior suite which was lovely! the bar in place is super nice and opened till the late evening There is a parking place which is very important.

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed here 23 years ago on honeymoon and we loved it as much as we did back then. The staff were all fantastic, especially at breakfast.

Very attentive, caring helpful people, beautiful settings, not too commercial it’s traditional but modern , away from all the hassle an bustle but only a few mins away when you need it , everything on your door step, beautiful pool an breakfast area, private not like some of the others where everyone is looking.in.

Very friendly staff and the hotel has a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Great breakfast in the garden among the lemon trees, which is also a perfect way to end the day with a drink.

Breakfast was rich. Room was very spacy. Riva del Garda is best part of Lake Garda to stay and hotel location is great.

some of the staff were rude and unfriendly. but some of them were great. the aperitive, dinner or bar closure times are very early.

it’s hard to have a bad time around Lake Garda, but the stay here truly elevated the experience. Beautiful property, wonderful breakfast. I’d recommend a room with a balcony to top it off.

Extra 15 € for parking per night We did not get the Trentino Guest Card like in any other hotel!!! Breakfast good, but based on the hotel standard we expected better: low quality Marmelade/jam, coffee from an automatic machine, Hairdryer in the room not very efficient

The staff were all friendly and welcoming including the manager who was great. Very helpful with local information and went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff all spoke English. The room had a balcony overlooking the gardens and was well furnished and very comfortable. Great variety at breakfast including some very yummy cakes baked in house. Having car parking on site is a great bonus. The whole ambiance of the hotel was luxurious. Views over the mountains and lake were tremendous. A must go to hotel in Riva del Garda. We will return.

My wife has a lot of cosmetics and potions so she would like another shelf in the bathroom to put them on ! :) My shaving kit and toothbrush fitted perfectly.

Great hotel, great location

great hotel with a lovely atmosphere around the bar and terrace area. Pool area was nice too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food at breakfast and lunch was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel very good for a 3 star.

Not much. the bathroom in our room was small and needs updating but we had been offered an alternative room but decided to stay in this room for the views of the lake.

Pleasant

The common areas of the hotel are comfortable and cosy. The lobby, the bar, the restaurant and the garden looks very nice and have a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were helpful and kind. The location was great. The breakfast was excellent.

We had the basic room with lake view. The room was very small, the furniture was pretty worn out, there were many cracks on the walls and even doors. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. The bathroom was minuscule with brown stains on the curtains and tiles. What the stains were of I prefer not to know. The biggest issue was the shower. Both my husband and I are quite slim and we had difficulties fitting into the small shower and shower comfortably. One could not soap one’s toes without falling out of the shower. additionally, it took good 10 minutes for the water to warm and after a few minutes of showering, the warm water was gone. For the price, I expected a slightly better quality.
