Amplasare in zona linistita . Camera cu balcon . Piscina curata.
Mai multe sezlonguri si restaurant dar domnul prorpietar este deja prezent peste tot si nu are timp si pt un restaurant

Aer curat, liniste, peisaje frumoase. Camere curate, bine intretinute. Locuri de gratar in curte, acces piscina. Parcare in incinta.
Nu exista asigurat mic dejun la locatie sau alte optiuni de servire, dar exista loc de luat masa si acces la bucatarie. Pentru restaurante se poate merge in Olanesti, 5 min cu masina sau 20-30 min mers pe jos (dar nu exista trotuare pe aprox. 1km) Un automat de cafea si un automat cu sandwich-uri si dulciuri (contra-cost) care sa suplineasca micul dejun, ar fi utile.
