The location, the view, the access to the beach, the clear sea, the coffee at breakfast and the comfort of the bed. The proximity to the town for dinners.
I think the shower head in the room is poor. Although I knew, I missed a balcony. Considering that they charge me for 4 people in a room designed for 2.

Clean modern hotel with a great location.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist. She explained everything very well and recommended a very nice restaurant right around the corner. Very clean and nicely decorated room and bath. We would stay here again.

Good option for a long weekend in Spotorno with easy access to the beach
Good location to access the beach. The room in the new area of the hotel was very spacious and comfortable. The view of the balcony was beautiful.
There was no bar and no restaurant in the hotel. The main building of the hotel needs renovation. Hotel parking is expensive (18€ per night).

Amazing sea view from the balcony, room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, very good continental breakfast, available parking places in the hotel reserved parking area, even if the hotel was fully booked ( not easy to find in the area ), very friendly staff at breakfast and reception.

Faded grandeur
The breakfast was lovely, a great selection and nice airy breakfast room with beautiful sea views. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely.
The reception staff member was cold (but efficient). Our room was cramped and the en suite had a very small shower cubicle (which would be problematic for anyone overweight). The decor is dated. Parking is not included in the price and limited by hotel. There is a charge for a towel for the pool.
