We have been coming to this hotel for three years now, and this year we were pleasantly surprised by the significant improvements. The hotel has undergone a cosmetic renovation and now looks much more cozy and welcoming. The staff has also changed — everyone is friendly, polite, helpful, and speaks English very well. The food is delicious. The buffet concept has been replaced with a more European-style breakfast: you get a basic breakfast selection plus freshly prepared hot dishes made to order. We liked this concept much more — the food feels fresher and tastes better. The beach has also been improved and is now much more comfortable than before. The hotel is also home to a charming cat named Cortes — very sweet, friendly, and wonderfully affectionate. We also had a chance to visit two other hotels along the same stretch of beach, and Meduza was definitely our favorite of the three. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to come back again!

One minor downside is that the restaurant at the beach club is now operated separately, so you have to pay for food and drinks on the beach right away. This means you need to bring some cash with you. However, the menu has also been changed and the food is now even tastier. Another minor issue is that there are some natural underwater springs right around Meduza, which makes the water quite cold in that particular spot. But this is easily solved by swimming just a couple of meters farther away from the beach.

The location, the beach club and the view is absolutely beautiful, staff we're friendly, the vibe was very relaxed.

The single bed in our room was a bit uncomfortable.

Room was too small and old. AC was leaking on our head while sleeping and the fridge wasn’t working when it was 40 degrees outside.
