A very Beautiful Hotel not far from the Highway, with excellent rooms.

Beautiful big Lobby. Receptionist very gentle and also very good English, Italian speaking. Parking Outside, enough places. I have like very much my received Sleeping Room, good working air-conditioning. I was positively surprised about my Toilet-Bathroom very very big with a Jakuzzi Bath Tube. Flat TV was excellent. Very very clean. Wonderful Breakfast Buffet with enough choices. Restaurant with excellent cooking. Not so far from the City Centre, with the Car about 10 till 15 Minutes. I can and will recommend this excellent Hotel, not far from the Highway.

No negative dislikes.

Modern hotel with restaurant on edge of Parma near autoroute

Clean, modern hotel, with restaurant, on outskirts of Parma, and close to the autoroute. Good for a one night stay, or business trip. Very good receptionist, and nice restaurant staff.

The water stopped working for an hour or so on the 4th floor. The receptionist was very good, organised a technician to come urgently to fix it, and provided us with extra bottled water, sandwiches, and other treats to make up for the discount she could not give us ( because we had paid through booking.com)

Beautiful hotel, great price, unbelievable good value

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The cost was inexpensive. On our over 2 weeks of travel in Italy and Switzerland, this was the most upscale accommodation we stayed in and the least expensive.

The hotel is near the highway but on the outskirts of Parma. It was fine for us because we had a rental car to get to the town center. We were there in April, and the hotel had not yet moved from heating to air conditioning, and our room was uncomfortably warm. The staff tried to cool the room without much success. Even with the warm room, we would stay here again.

The best of four stays in June.

I was in the car so the location was nice and peaceful. The breakfast was very good; cereal, pastry, fruit and I asked for a pot of hot water for my tea. The staff were attentive and kind. Customer service very good. Room very clean. Lovely bathroom. Comfy bed.

all in all a good experience even though a little pricey for what you get

I liked how easy it was to reach by car and the free parking. The room was pretty big and the bathroom huge. A few gluten free options at breakfast.

Unfortunately you can’t reach really reach the city without a car but that’s something one knows in advance anyway. I missed having fresh fruit at breakfast and don’t really understand why it was not self service even though there was a (little) buffet.

Very good

The location was perfect for what I travelled for which was an underwater hockey tournament. The bed could have easily fit 3 people and was very comfortable.

Every time you walked into the lobby through the main door a loud alarm went off. Breakfast was a little strange as in you could not help yourself to a buffet and there didn't seem to be an option for a hot breakfast or alternative ways to have eggs other than hard-boiled or boiled

Clean, well maintained hotel with staffing issues.

Clean & reasonable price. Nice facility and good location, especially those using the autostrada.

Most of the staff seemed indifferent or displeased with helping us, with exception of one particular employee. No ready access to select food during breakfast. Man behind registration staff in the morning was soundly sleeping when we checked out. Once awaken, took minutes, he still would not wait on us — thank goodness for the “1” useful employee who came to our aid.

Stay in Parma

The Dado Hotel is a nice place to stay in Parma. The location is great , the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and help us with all our requirements

Good

Great if you're traveling by car, big parking in front of the hotel. Room was fine, not the biggest but satisfactory. Staff friendly and very helpful. Tried the hotel restaurant, not the best looking but it ended up being pretty good although a bit expensive. Location is fantastic if you need to be close to the highway, industrial area or to the Parma fair.

Closet in room was tiny, difficult to hang jackets and suits. Desk for work was pretty small and not too comfortable for PC work. Bathroom has motion activated lights which ended up dimming and brightening all on their own...disco effect. Breakfast is ok, could have a bit more choice for this level of hotel.

Esternamente ed internamente era bello. Molto vicino alla Fiera di Parma

Il primo giorno alla colazione (dalle 07:00 alle 10:00) arriviamo alle 09:10 e troviamo il banco del buffet vuoto per quanto riguardava i dolci e quasi vuoto per il salato. Il servizio era molto lento pur essendoci in quel momento, noi compresi solo 4 tavoli. Veniva rifornito il buffet con due cornetti vuoti, un cornetto al cioccolato, un cornetto alla marmellata. Il secondo e terzo giorno scendevamo alle 08:15 e trovavamo la fila fuori in quanto tutte le cameriere facevano tutto (sia servire che liberare i tavoli) pertanto c'erano diversi tavoli sporchi da sparecchiare ma nessuno che lo faceva subito perché tutte prese a servire. Il quarto giorno è andato un pochino meglio anche se c'erano, pur essendo personale italiano, delle incomprensioni sulle ordinazioni. L'ingresso della camera era buio in quanto mancava nell'ingresso un led (in quanto bruciato); inoltre un temporizzatore dopo circa 4 secondi faceva spegnere la luce dell'ingresso. Chiesta la riparazione, data per fatta ma al quarto giorno, al momento della partenza la situazione era uguale. Mancava un led nel bagno che risultava quindi buio, soprattutto per mia moglie che doveva truccarsi e non aveva un punto luce sullo specchio. La cassaforte nell'armadio non funzionava in quanto mancava la batteria che veniva sostituita il giorno dopo. al quarto giorno, al momento di dover lasciare la camera, la cassaforte andava in errore non appena digitato il primo numero e quindi non si apriva. Attesa per l'arrivo di un manutentore che ha poi risolto il problema. Il frigobar era in funzione ma completamente vuoto: solo una bottiglia, sulla scrivania, che veniva cambiata ogni mattina. Il bagno aveva un gradino interno pericolosissimo appena alla fine dei servizi che faceva rischiare, se non visto alzandosi dai servizi, di sbattere cadendo sul lavandino di fronte.
