Brockencote Hall

The atmosphere was great and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous building and grounds that gave you the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The assistant restaurant manager Luke was extremely friendly and really took the time to get to know you which added a personal touch to the experience.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. The Executive room was a nice generous size. Check in was excellent, liked that we were shown to our room and facilities explained. The room had everything you needed, inc robes, slippers, toiletries, drinks. It was the small added touches like homemade flapjacks that made it feel special. Dinner was wonderful, cocktails excellent and breakfast very good and included in the rate to make it good value. Lovely dining hall, bar area and grounds. Service was top notch. One of the best hotels we've stayed in here in the UK.

The room windows could only slightly be opened. It was a hot night and an air conditioner would have made the room more pleasant in temperature. If you really want to push the boat out, get some deer and peacocks!

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the lodge which was really comfortable, staff were outstanding and food was excellent. Later check out and the Breakfast hamper was a welcomed treat.

The living area was a little cold, we couldn't seem to get it up to a comfortable temperature. A couple of blankets would have come in handy but it didn't affect our stay.

Lovely surroundings. Nice staff. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Poor food choices in bar. Restaurant not open early part of week. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Bar prices very high.
