Hôtel Océan Vagabond

A clean hotel and generally a comfortable stay. Good location, short walking distance to Bab Marrakech gateway into the Medina and the Supratours terminal. Also very short distance to beach. Staff were very pleasant, and Younis was very helpful regarding the mistake about the room we'd been allocated and had us moved to a room with a balcony. Breakfast was sufficient and fresh. The room was a good size and housekeeping was generally good. Constant hot water, so don't know why people had complained about a lack. Nice pool and garden area and sunbeds available.

Maintenance could be better in that the shower head in room 18 couldn't be connected to the wall so made it awkward for a shower. An easy job to remedy and would improve my rating. The photos aren't recent as they show sun umbrellas but there are no sun shades available which isn't ideal given the temperatures.

Great location, traditional local style hotel. Lovely staff, really friendly.

Stuff was broken or didn’t work, a bit tired really. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Awful coffee at breakfast.

Nous avons apprécié l' emplacement et la grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bain Le jardin est agréable

La piscine n' est pas entretenue et est couverte d' insectes divers,je n' ai pas vu de filtration en action et j' ai fait Une allergie lors de mon premier et dernier bain Le petit déjeuner est plus que moyen et le dernier jour à 8 h(avant l' avion) pas de viennoiseries ni de pain Pas de service bar ou autre,il est impossible d' avoir une bouteille d'eau après 11h du matin et surtout ne pas espérer l' avoir fraîche et pour finir le ménage est très approximatif et n' a pas du tout été fait le 3 ème jour
