The room was a good size and nice and warm as we went in winter, there was plenty of wardrobe space and the beds we nice and comfortable.
The breakfast was good and set us up for the day
The hotel was opposite the park and so made it nice and quiet, although very near to the centre and all the historical buildings
The only negative was the shower was very temperamental

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was well located with good parking.
No in house facilities such as bar or restaurant. You have to go next door. The bar next door had terrible disorganised service and poor food quality. We returned a complete meal and were still charged.
Terrible smell when entering the hotel and strong use of detergents throughout the hotel.
Uncomfortable pillows.
Noisy air conditioning and so coupled with the poor bedding made for a poor nights sleep. Bearing in mind we had booked a suite in a 4 star hotel we expected more.
