You get a very warm welcoming and easy check in.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The pools are nice.
Breakfast was amazing.
One of the spa didn’t work and from reading reviews it hasn’t been for months.
The clientele were very rude to the staff who were so friendly and helpful.

The pool is excellent, the park is big with nice Trees. Breakfast was rich with good cakes
In the spa steam Bath did non work properly, little umidity insidie bathroom in the room

The rooms and bathrooms were nice.
Common areas of hotel were only mediocre with few communal spaces. It’s a villa essentially with about 12-15 rooms. Some of the reception staff were poor and didn’t follow up when I advised that the AC was set to 26 degrees. There was a lack of training and proper management evident we felt. The outside eating area was very poor with an outdoor kitchen effectively serving lunch and dinner. Breakfast is inside in a lovely room.
