NIce place, frendly personal.

Nice place, super personal. Decpite we are not "yacht people" we have enjoyed it a lot. Definitely great place.

The clasical "problem" with summer garden, which will never close at 22 o clock. But it was not a big problem.

Good restaurant - else overprized

The restaurant staff (Restaurant Ahoij inside of the hotel) was super friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the seating on the terrace had the right/expected Marina vibe. The restaurant definitely is worth a visit, for breakfast and for dinner. The beds were comfy, also the additional third sofa bed. The room was well cleaned.

We were met with what felt like skepsis at the reception, the personal at the front desk was too busy (important?) to greet us and at my polite request referred us to a lady who at his request joined us at the front desk. We were only handed the key and caused some confusion because of my German passport and Danish address, which the hotel system apparently couldn't handle. When we returned in the early evening and went to check out the wellness area, we found a ghost area with sauna and whirl pool closed and no staff. At our enquiry at the reception, we were kindly reminded that we should have announced our wish to use the facilities, as they only start the saunas up on request - the whirl pool not at all - with the explanations, that most of their guests these days due to the warm weather aren't utilizing the area. We were not made aware of such a requirement at our check in, unfortunately. The fitness area consisted of three home trainers facing a wall - while the Marina was just outside. The beds were comfortable, but else the rooms have seen better days, with the carpets showing old stains (though cleaned), an old not painted water stain on the ceiling over the shower and the towels being washed one too many times. Everything is well maintained, but yearns for renewal. Considering not being able to use any wellness facilities, the sparse fitness area, the snobby reception and the overall impression of long time use, we left disappointed, only being compensated by the very friendly restaurant staff and the restaurant in general. At half price, the hotel might have fulfilled our expectations.

the staff were very very friendly and helpful. the location was good… especially if you want to sail! The room as a generous proportion and in good condition, very clean and opened onto a balcony

The rooms were clean, spacious and very well maintained.. but lacking some modern features. No electrical points by the beds.. and no USB charging anywhere. No fridge in the room which was surprising for a family oriented hotel. The hotels still used individual soap/shampoo bottles- surprisingly non-environmental for Germany. The secure parking was excellent and included in the room price… but no charging capability for EV cars… again surprising for Germany.

The location was nice

The staf was extremely unfriendly. Never had such a bad experience before. 35 minutes to check in! When I said it was taking a long time, I got rude answers. This was unacceptable!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel

Das Zimmer ist schön, sauber und groß. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Yachthafen herrlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Bedienung beim Frühstück, war sehr unfreundlich !!! Wir wollten einen anderen Tisch als Sie eingedeckt hatte. Da musste Sie die Serviette vom Tisch nehmen, ja warum ??? Und neu eindecken. Ist das ein Problem ? Mein Gott, das ist Ihr Job. So unfreundlich, für soviel pampigkeit hab ich kein Verständnis !!!

Für diese Preisklasse hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Das Hotel an sich macht von aussen richtig was her. Es ist wunderschön gelegen und ruhig. Die Rezeption war super nett.

Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir eine gemütlichere bzw maritimere Ausstattung gewünscht und auch erwartet. Das Personal beim Frühstück könnte auch freundlicher sein. Ein Kaffeevollautomat ist mittlerweile selbst in günstigen Unterkünften Standard. Hier musste ich für einen guten Kaffee ( Cappuccino ) noch extra bezahlen. Der Kaffee den es gab war für mich nicht trinkbar.

Einfach und ziemlich teuer

Lage am Yachthafen Gohren ist schön. Bequemes Parken.

Der Geiz: bei einem Zimmerpreis von 200€ stellt man eine kleine Plastikflasche Wasser aufs Zimmer und lässt sie sich mit 1,50€ bezahlen. So etwas haben wir noch nie und nirgendwo erlebt!

Das Frühstück war lecker, mit frischen Produkten und guter Auswahl. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt: Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Umgebung ruhig und gut gelegen. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – wir wurden stets zuvorkommend behandelt. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden.

Das Frühstück klar ausreichend und wirklich gut.

Die Sportgeräte konnten erst ab dem Nachmittag genutzt werden da sie im Wellnesbereich stehen. Die Bademäntel sind gegen Aufpreis zu mieten.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. WLAN Verbindung gut. Zimmer groß mit Balkon, einfach eingrichtet.

Ein schönes Hotel in dem man durchaus auch längere Zeit verbringen kann.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage direkt am Wasser ist etwas Besonderes. Die Parkmöglichkeit war in Ordnung. Das Gelände an sich ist schön.

Lage ist nicht optimal

Grosszügige und saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstückbuffet, Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage unterstellen.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für uns nicht. Hotel etwas weit vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Das Nachtessen im Restaurant war nach unserem Geschmack nicht überzeugend. Bedienung freundlich, der Service war jedoch etwas gar langsam.
