Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, eine schöne Schwimmhalle
Wir haben im Apartment gewohnt und keinen Zugang zur Schwimmhalle und mussten immer an der Rezeption fragen, damit die Schwimmhalle geöffnet wird. Außerdem war die Dampfsauna an 2 von 4 Tagen nicht in Betrieb und die Sauna war an einem Tag von 4 nicht in Betrieb.

Das Toilettenpapier war viel zu dünn.

Personal war sehr bemüht und immer freundlich.
Es wirkte alles unkoordiniert, Personal war überfordert, Zimmer war zum Check in nicht fertig (dafür gabs aber ein Eis umsonst), Zimmerservice kam immer erst nachmittags, Frühstück war einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht entsprechend.
