A 160 m2 very comfy villa, close to the sea, facing the islands of Molène et Ouessant. This villacan welcome up to 8 persons (2 big beds of 160 cm wide, 2 beds of 90 cm wide, and 1 convertible sofa for 2 persons in the lounge).
It offers you an exceptional sea view from all the main rooms . On the first floor, a living-room looking onto the sea opened on a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (equipped with a bathtub and a hydromassaging shower), independant toilets, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, then 2 bedrooms looking onto the sea.
On the second floor, you will find the biggest room of the villa - 35 m² - with its own private bathroom (hydromassaging shower and private toilets). This room opens onto a very nice terrace where you can have breakfast while watching the ocean.
In the backyard of the villa, in a natural environment, with south exposition, with no open outlook, you will find its pleasant outdoor 4mx8m swimming pool (depth from 1 to 2 m) with water warmed at 28/29 °C, equipped with contrary stream swimming.
