The day staff were great. Helpful and friendly. Room clean and a good shower. Cafes and patisseries on your doorstep.
AC gave up but it was the middle of a heatwave. Night staff a bit less friendly.

Overall, I had a very nice stay and all the staff were absolutely wonderful! With some improvements on cleaning/facilities, this could have been a higher rated stay. Pros: -very close to metro line/easy to get into busier parts of the city -walking distance to Park Monceau (beautiful park) -very friendly and kind staff (special thank you to Victoria!) who were also kind enough to speak with me in English -the bed
Cons: -the rooms are extremeley small -unfortunately, my room could have been much cleaner. There was dust and dirt throughout, stains on the bedding, and at one point the sink and shower did not have hot water
