We loved the staff in the property, very kind and nice people.

Walls were very tin, after breakfast all we heard is neighbors. I had no chance to rest before a long drive. Please don’t rate this hotel 4 stars, it’s barely 3 stars. All respect for the crew.

Beautiful place could have stayed a couple more days if it was possible.

Location. Kids where staying about 2 minutes away so very convenient.

Not a major negative. We needed something late in the night there was a language issue. My italian and the night staff english was not very good.

Tiling on bathroom floor was gloss. Very slippery when wet. Beds were a little hard. Room not ready but given a complementary drink but 40 minutes turned into an hour and a half.

Avoid!!! Very noisy, extremely thin walls, loud doors not good if travelling with a baby or trying to relax

I booked in a rush not having time to read the reviews. Please read the reviews many guests have the same complaints.Avoid this hotel if you need to relax. Is only convenient for the price and because is clean.Extremely noisy due to thin walls, you can hear other guests as if they were in your room( even when they were going to the bathroom). The door of the room very hard to close you had to bang it so making more noise. Reception staff not very helpful and nice

Noisy hotel with smoking allowed

Apartments are large and so-so clean, but you need to bring everything! Pool is small but nice. Hotel is close to the beach promenade.

Hotel has non-smoking rooms but smoking is allowed on balconies, in the breakfast restaurant and around the tiny pool. When we visited there were a lot of smokers. Hotel faces a large square which is used for noisy concerts and games. Also the nearby club and restaurants will keep you up til late every night. Staff was very bad at keeping up corona measures. Both for themselves and for guests. Will not come back to this hotel!

Very bad beds for the kids Dinner was dramatic. We arrived at 19PM and received our second course at 22PM!!!!!! 3 hours later. Very noisy room. Checking out took more than 45 minutes.

Good

there is a nice swimming pool for cooling after a hot day outside. The location is great: 300m from the beach. About 50mim drive to main activities for kids. Lots of activities around the hotel. Also, downstairs there is a very nice restaurant.

The bed mattresses were not comfortable. There is music club near by, so it was very loud at night. I needed ear plugs.

Tutto perfetto. Camera ok... letto ok...bagno ok. parcheggio ok. Ottimo il ristorante adiacente... Osteria della Pieve. Gentilissima e super carina la giovane ragazza alla reception che ci ha omaggiato con dei dolcetti fatti dalla cuoca per il nostro 30*. anniversario di matrimonio. Ci torneremo.

Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie en uitstraling doen fijn aan. Mooi hotel.

De keuze van het diner was erg beperkt. Bij bijna alles zat vis. Als je daar niet van houdt dan blijft er weinig over. Daarbij was het eten twee van de drie keer te rauw klaargemaakt. Veel geluidsoverlast savonds van een cafe/ restaurant op de hoek. Wat echt vervelend was tijdens het dineren buiten en slapen.

Entspannung pur

Das Apartment war perfekt mit 2 Schlafzimmer. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Da unsere Hündin krank wurde, waren wir mehrmals in der 24 Stunden geöffneten Tierklinik sehr gut betreut. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir haben alle deutschen TV Kanäle empfangen. Das haben wir noch nie in Italien erlebt. Super! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Spabereich mit Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad war erstklassik. Und die Ganzkörpermassage war hervorragend. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die 300 Meter zum Strand schafft man in 5 Minuten zu laufen. Die Tiefgarage war auch ein großer Vorteil bei der Hitze. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Gutes Hotel**** in Geweite von schmalem Strand.

Super großes Bett. Großes Zimmer (308) im 3. Stock. Dusche etwas klein und kein Balkon (zum Badesachen trocknen wird frau erfinderisch…) aber sonst alles bestens in Ordnung, inklusive Frühstück.

War straßenseitig etwas schwierig zum Finden, da es zurück versetzt liegt. Schade um das riesige Wellnessangebot, das im Sommer - so auch von uns - nicht so gefragt ist.

Schöner Aufenthalt am See

Hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Dieses ist sehr groß und es fehlt an nichts. Highlight ist die sehr große Terrasse. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. WLAN ist sehr gut und kostenlos. Zum See sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vor der Tür. Frühstück war für uns absolut ausreichend. Es waren schöne Tage.
