Could be much better

The brothers are very welcoming and the hotel has an old world charm with a cosy atmosphere. The breakfast was very good.

The hydromassage shower in our room didn't work. We tried to ask in reception using Google translate but they didn't understand. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Very friendly welcome and throughout our stay. Quiet location about 900m from centre (quite a steep uphill walk back) with a lively pool. Very good continental breakfast with plenty of choice and constantly refilled, if necessary. The four brothers were good fun and very efficient.

We are going back for one night tomorrow.

Breakfast was no more than adequate. Location was spectacular and the service was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is a long and hilly walk to the wonderful town centre- best use the car.

No evening meal was available in house and the breakfast was limited. The hotel was very old fashioned but we liked that.

Home feeling hotel in Metsovo

The very warm welcome of Tassos, his kindness and his excellent tips! Breakfast on the terrace, with view on the mountains. Spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Very close to the centre of the village. Excellent good value for money. The swimming pool is really pleasant and sunny since early morning.

Great location, nice traditional hotel with excellent breakfast and management!

Breakfast was of traditional Greek style and very healthy and tasty. Rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. The views were awesome from the room and the balcony was a good size. The hotel is family run and the hosts were very accommodating and great people! They also gave us a going away gift of local ready to cook pasta that we had further in our trip (very delicious). This is a great place to stay.

The only downside was that it was a long walk to the village center, about 15 minutes. But the views and hospitality make up for that, and the hotel has a pool and jacuzzi too which is rare there. If you have a car or bike you will be fine (or if you like walking).

Beautiful view, beautiful location, generous and kind people

Tassos went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to introduce us to Metsovo, a beautiful town in the mountains for northern Greece. I highly recommend stopping here to anyone traveling via Igoumenitsa as the town is right off the highway (but far enough away not to be disturbed). Breakfast was excellent with local cheese and homemade jams. Location perfect with easy parking and still close enough to walk to the center of town. View on the pindos mountains gorgeous. Wonderful pool - we were there during the heat wave that hit Greece at the start of august. We were able to spend the day at the pool and it was great!!!!

Since it was so hot it was difficult to cool the room down at night, but this was due to unusually hot conditions. Metsovo is at 1000m so heat is not usually a problem there and evenings and nights are typically cool.
