A las 9'30h el personal de la cafetería no había llegado, era imposible ni tan siquiera tomarse un café.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva porque la habíamos hecho para un día, con el correo de confirmación de booking, y a ellos les aparecía para el día siguiente.
Vino un responsable y nos reubicó en otra habitación que no era la que habíamos solicitado ( tenía una puerta que comunicaba con la de lado por lo que se oía mucho ruido de esa otra habitación y eran dos cama en lugar de una grande que era la que habíamos solicitado) pero al menos pudimos quedarnos porque de primeras nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad.
Nos invitaron a un desayuno básico por el error.
Le faltan algunos detalles, pero está bien.
