Exceptional hotel in beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

Hotel is located in a quieter part of Hvar Island but only a ten minute walk to the harbour where all the restaurants etc are located. Lovely stroll to and back from the hotel. The hotel is spacious so you never felt that you were on top of other guests. The swimming pools are lovely and warm. The staff working at the hotel are the ones that make your stay more enjoyable. So many friendly, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Big shout out to Nikola and Dino who worked a lot around the pool bar. Nikola created some gorgeous cocktails. I would say that both Nikola and Dino enhanced our stay at Hotel Moessey and the hotel should try their upmost to get them back for 2026.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and staff cannot do enough for you. Always able to easily get a sunbed around the pool. Complimentary water and hot drink stations. Excellent service with picking up/ dropping off suitcases at the port.

The beds were quite hard and the were single quilts rather than a double. The coffee at breakfast was self-serve from a machine rather than barista-made.

Memorable stay, we will be back!

Beautiful property, well maintained and gorgeous views, and staff made it memorable. Thanks especially to Krstyna and the other sweet young lady at the reception desk. They went above beyond and made our stay extra special. Thanks also to the bell staff, waiters and bartenders… everyone was so lovely and attentive.

An Amazing stay for my girlfriends birthday

The hotel was immaculate with great amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help. When you arrive in Hvar they meet you at the very port to collect your luggage and also return it to the port for departure. The pool area is excellent and a great place to relax with a great view. The hotel is smaller and in more of a boutique style but has all the luxuries, service and amenities of a larger resort. Being smaller, it never felt over crowded which was great. It is also about a 10-15 minute walk from the main port in a lovely area which meant it was never too loud or busy. We stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday and Kristina helped me to arrange flowers, champagne and a lovely breakfast on our balcony for the birthday morning. She also organised complimentary massages for us both which I had know idea about! Kristina knew everyone’s names and was always checking to make sure guests had everything they needed.

Everything was amazing. If I were being very picky maybe a larger selection at breakfast, however, considering it’s a smaller hotel the selection is very good.

A beautiful oasis with excellent staff and facilities in a great location.

The location of the hotel is superb, with wonderful views and access to the beach and a short walk into Hvar Town. The staff were incredibly helpful before and during our stay. The offer to collect our luggage from the ferry, the warm welcome and tour of the facilities, the service, recommendations and assistance throughout the stay were great, without being intrusive. The facilities are great and the rooms and public areas very comfortable.

Kristina at reception made our stay enjoyable and she went above and beyond. Close enough to downtown Hvar but far enough away from the crowds.

Amazingly beautiful modern exclusive resort

Amazingly gorgeous, clean, modern, and updated. The staff was superb, 5-star all the way which is saying a lot in Europe. Especially Christina at reception.

A little pricey even for Hvar. Rooms were small, but you’re really not in them that much. And they are very clean and updated. Half glass shower does not prevent water from flooding your bathroom if you’re not very careful, but many places in Europe have the same.

All the staff were super friendly, from the reception team, bar staff and cleaners, everyone always had a smile and made us feel welcome. Very peaceful and great location.

In some respects a little too quiet after diner in the evenings, and most other bars etc nearby close early as the younger ones head into town, having said that peace and quiet not a bad thing…. The pool was too hot, but then a refreshing swim in the sea only at the bottom of the steps.

From the moment you arrive off the ferry, this hotel impresses. A staff member is waiting to assist with your luggage, allowing you to leisurely stroll to the hotel. The property is set in beautiful grounds, featuring lovely seating areas and a stunning pool. All the staff were incredibly friendly, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. They are always available to assist you, no matter where you are in the hotel. We would like to extend a VERY special thank you to Kristina, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Beautiful hotel with an outstanding staff

The location was great. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the town so it was nice and quiet but it was only a short walk into town where all the action was. Upon arrival on the Island, the hotel sends a staff member to the ferry port to pick up your luggage so you do not have to carry it on your walk to the hotel. The facilities were very nice and the staff were outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of different options. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent staff with attention to detail

We had a lovely stay. The staff were brilliant at the hotel. They organised to meet us off the ferry and collect our bags. We were given a tour of the hotel when we arrived. The hotel grounds are kept very well and the hotel is very clean. The pool is heated with great views. The breakfast was very good. There was fresh squeezed orange juice,omelette's, a great selection of pastries and homemade protein balls which were so good. Free tea, coffee and water in the reception was always available. On the morning of our check out when I was getting breakfast, we were given new keys and complementary late check out (which we had not even requested) as the hotel knew we had a late flight. This was a great touch and we really appreciated it. Thanks to the hotel staff for making it a great stay.

Overall I really loved my time here. The only small things I would say were that the beds were slight too firm and the evening food was not the best. The mash potatoes were very sticky and some of the seafood in the seafood pasta was over cooked.

A Perfect Stay in Hvar – Exceeded All Expectations

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay at Hotel Moeesy, Blue & Green Oasis. The location is absolutely perfect — tucked away in a quieter part of Hvar, which offers peace and relaxation, yet still within a very comfortable walking distance to the town center. The facilities are excellent and feel brand new — I would guess the hotel is no more than three years old. Everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What truly exceeded all my expectations, however, was the exceptional service. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Kristina — I travel often, and I can honestly say I’ve never encountered someone so professional, kind, and dedicated in the hospitality and tourism industry. She made a real difference in my experience. I will definitely be returning next year!
