It had everything necessary: towels, gel, shampoo and cream, a bit of coffee too. It was confortable and very big. The location is walking distance from all the sights and there were free parking spots nearby.

I find it quite expensive, I only booked it because booking was paying me the difference from the hotel I had booked that was cancelled by the property. It is required to pay outside booking, which felt like a scam and a lot of work but in the end it all worked fine. I do find it a bit strange but OK. It was not difficult to fill in the requirements.

me gusto el alojamiento bastante bien equipado y las habitaciones amplias.

El comedor estaba un poco sobrecargado.

La atención al cliente por whastapp es muy poco profesional. Seleccionamos este alojamiento por la chimenea, ofrecen este servicio pero no permiten usarlo, información que se nos dio porque preguntamos algo relacionado. La explicación no fue razonable, la persona que atiende el whastapp nos dijo q no ponia que se pudiera usar.. a lo cual respondimos, que el resto de los servicios que ofrecen como el microondas, la nevera... etc tampoco pone que se puedan usar pero si los ofrecen entendemos que son para usarlos. Si no, no deberían incluirlo. Se podían ver restos de ceniza y una alfombra para proteger el suelo, por lo que son signos de uso. Los colchones de las camas son muy blandos. El sofá incómodo.
