Ino Hotel & Suites

we always enjoy breakfast, which had a good variety of options. I also liked the size of the hotel and its beautiful, spacious grounds. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and relaxing. The parking is also very convenient and easy to use.

This was my third stay at Ino Hotel & Suites, and unfortunately this time my experience was quite different from my previous stays. The main issue was with the room allocation. I had booked and paid for a Deluxe Double Room with Pool View, but for the first two nights I was given lower-category rooms that did not match my reservation. The first room was a ground-floor/garden room and had cleanliness and insect issues, while the second room was smaller and did not have the balcony or pool view that I had booked. After repeatedly speaking with the hotel management, we were finally given the correct Deluxe Double Room with Pool View on our third night. I appreciated that the correct room was eventually provided, but by then two of our four nights had already been affected. It was particularly disappointing because August 21 was my son's birthday. I would like to mention that this situation was caused by the new hotel manager, and I hope the hotel can improve its communication and room-allocation process in the future. As a returning guest, I know the quality and potential of this hotel, which is why I am giving it 8/10 despite this experience. The hotel itself has many positive aspects, and I hope my next stay will be closer to the experience I had during my previous visits.

The room was lovely, with lots of attention given to details, i.e. wall outlets, mirror and hair dryer, etc. Breakfast, included a huge and varied selection and particularly loved that breakfast ran till an out 11am. The seating area for breakfast was lovely, with a great view and the pool and pool areas was also lovely.

Am not a fan of alot of stairs but the hotel is built on different levels. If you secure a room on the ground or first floor, the stairs are few. My only complaint is that service is very slow, particularly food service.

We loved our room with spectacular sea view. We had to climb a lot of stairs, but the view made it worth while! The room, bathroom and balcony were very spacious. We were in a new building with some nice design touches. The pool was pleasant, clean and (in June) not too crowded, with comfortable loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with local specialities and lots of choice, served on a terrace with a spectacular view. The location was on the edge of town with quite a steep hill to climb, but that wasn´t a disadvantage for us, and it was easy to call a taxi if you don´t have a car.

It was lovely to have a sunny balcony but the sun was sometimes too strong (and would be more so in high summer), so a moveable shade or canopy would be ideal. Some of the towels supplied disappeared mysteriously some days - was there a shortage? There was constant piped music at the pool and bar which I disliked - would prefer a better choice of music or, better, none at all.

breakfasts were excellent. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Exceptionally well run hotel. Would highly recommend it.
