Una stanza è priva di aria condizionata e anche lasciando la porta del salotto aperto comunque si muore di caldo.

la centralità della zona, pochi minuti in taxi da Zrće beach . La struttura è dotata di asciugamani , bicchieri, piatti…L host è molto disponibile nel risolvere eventuali problemi

L appartamento non è molto spazioso ma per 4 persone è ottimo

Lokacija

Location was good if staying in Novalja. 2 minutes to big grocery store and another 5 to the first beach (which is not nice in high season). The view from the balcony to the sea is also very beautiful. The apartment was spacious. Good wifi. Smart tv if you need it.

The apartment was not cleaned very good. There were some dirty not useful dishes, crumpled sheets and towels tossed at the bottom of the wardrobe, the equipment is lacking..nowhere to dry your towels, no kitchen towels... Also if you are not here to party be aware that walls are very thin, no party is allowed after 23, but people in other apartments were loud every night. During our stay there were firefighters in the building for an intervention.. everything turned out to be ok. But afterwards there were no informafion about the owner about the event so i had to go ask firefighters myself about what happened and if everything is ok. We were all very shaken since this all happend around midnight and we could smell the smoke. Overall i just think this is not a good value for the money you pay.
