The apartment is big and specious
The cleaning lady would come in when we were busy preparing to go out. That causes commotion. We were supposed to be alerted so
that we can give the convenient time for the cleaning lady to come

The proximity to the beach and centre
The interior design .
It was raining for the mos part of our stay, so I it was such a hassle to always go to the gate to open for each other as we were there in 3 cars and there was one remote which only works when ur near the gate.
The garage door couldn't open
The staircase going up to the unit was really dirty, with slime and black algae.
The gas cylinder ran empty while we were braaing.
