About this apartment rental
Ideal for Couples looking for a tranquil child free zone. Recently refurbished modern and luxurious Apartments with Spacious open plan Living area and fully fitted Kitchen with French door leading to private decking area overlooking the garden where you can relax over breakfast or watch the sunset with a glass of wine . Off the living area in Apartment 2 is a good sized bedroom with King Size Double Bed. There is more than adequate wardrobe space and drawers and there is a luxurious en-suite shower room. All fresh towels and bed-linen is supplied together with shampoo, shower gel etc. The living area contains a two seater sofa and chair, High-Level table and 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob unit, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Coffee Machine etc. There is no room for a drier but we have two driers in the house which guests can use on request. There is flat screen TV and DVD in each room. Separate from your apartment is also a large separate communal Sitting Room which guests can use (or not use, they have the choice), to meet up with other guests, get to know each other relax and log on to WiFi or watch 3D movies on the large screen TV,
The Apartment has full central heating and is suitable for both summer and winter occupation. Each apartment has it's own private entrance. The Annex is attached to the owners house and Leslie is happy to impart his local knowledge and advise on the best places to visit and local restaurants etc. Leslie is also happy to take guests on day trips and guided tours of the surrounding area. We also provide free transfers to and from the local Airport and Bus and Train Stations.

I can't recommend The Annexe highly enough. Leslie the owner is so kind and considerate and extremely quick to respond to any questions. He even offered to collect me from the airport, which made a huge difference. And gave me very welcome beers the night I arrived. Plus he lays on tasty supplies to last for at least a few days, including plenty of breakfast options, and oil, condiments, etc. The apartment is beautiful, and very spacious, with it's own outside decking area, with table and chairs. The gardens are gorgeous, front and back and so peaceful, even though you're only minutes away from everything. There is a huge living area, with a high table and comfy stools, perfect to eat at and enjoy the view, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need. There are televisions in the living area and bedroom, which is also roomy and offers an airer and ironing board. And the modern bathroom is lovely. Plus you are welcome to use the huge communal lounge area, with 3D movies and a wealth of local information. I honestly think Leslie would sort anything out that you asked for, and nothing seems to be a problem. Nairn is a very special place, especially the beaches, and for me the East beach, with miles of white sand dunes is like paradise - I even managed to swim with dolphins there!! Such a good spot to explore from, either on foot or furthur afield. I would definitely stay at The Annexe again, and hope to return soon.

The flat was kitted out so well, including butter and breakfast food that made the start of our visit so easy. Les is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond to help. The area is beautiful; it’s a short walk to the beach, the town or the hairy coos!

The apartment is clean, cozy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, there’s space for your things. Nice fluffy towels. The heat was great if you visit in the winter or when it’s chilly. As it’s warming up there’s a beautiful garden in the back with a nice little patio that has a table and chairs. There’s a bunch of birdies who visit! Les the owner is amazing! Anything you need he’s more than happy to provide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made my stay completely enjoyable. He definitely goes out of his way to make you feel like you’re at home! I will definitely be coming back!! The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and absolutely beautiful! The grocery store is a quick 10 minute walk. There are highland coos literally around the corner! There are restaurants all in walking distance. The train station is a quick 10 minute walk and you can be in Inverness in 20 minutes. Elgin is close by if you want to hit distilleries. There are great restaurants in town within walking distance. Actually the entire town is walkable if you don’t want to rent a car. Absolutely enjoyed my stay! I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The host was welcoming and had provided some items for breakfast, which was kind of him. The property is well located for everything in Nairn, however it was not the cleanest. The shower is especially in need of a deep clean, as is the rest of the bathroom and kitchen, and furniture and furnishings are dated.
