Daegu Midtown Hostel

Very clean & lively space, individual shower rooms with fixed/mobile shower head, spacious bed with privacy shutter and small table, shoe lockers, luggage storage, big fridge in the kitchen... and literally, the cherry on top is the hostel's terrace view :) 다음에도 잘 부탁드리겠습니다~

- The recycling bins in the kitchen could be better organized. - The wooden mat in the powder room (3F) makes a terrible noise at the softest step.

I liked the location and the price.

The common kitchen area was dirty. The sink areas especially.

Good location. 15 minute walk to night market on the weekend. Close to the tourist information centre, bus stops, restaurants, Hyundai Shopping mall. Stayed 1 night in the 7 bed female dorm. luggage storage box in the room, small storage under the beds too. Water and towels provided. Also shampoo, body wash and toothpaste. Facilities were clean. Bed was slightly hard but comfortable.

Dorm room is small. If all the beds were full there wouldn’t be much space to sort your things, move around etc. Would be good to have hooks or shelving in the bed. Plug socket is tucked behind a door which pulls out over the bed, so was difficult to use the plug while lying down.

Location wise, it was located at the center of Daegu so you'll find everything easily. Staff are friendly and helpful, very kind. The place is cleaned everyday, and it has everything you need.
