The property was very clean, and well kept. It felt very homely, and every provision was provided for. Access to the property was very easy, and the views were fantastic!
There was a bit of a smell to the property upon arrival, but it soon dispersed. I think it's common for properties of this age. The only issue we had was the beds. The double bed was very hard, and the single beds were too soft, and not comfortable for myself.

Location for beach was excellent, close to shop, pub, and chippy. Locals are very friendly and always up for a chat. History of the building and area. Great for coastal walks.
Cooking hood greasy and dirty. Upper cupboards are greasy and dirty, where the hood blows out. Being next to A30 down to lands end and windows at head height people walking, parking can look into all rooms. If shut blinds rooms are always dark.

Meerblick unbezahlbar Laufnähe zum Strand Einkaufsmöglichkeit nur 1 Minute entfernt Fish 'n Chips sogar noch näher :) Möglichkeit, den Heizlüfter einzusetzen - war auch nötig :) Neue Handtücher und Bettzeug nach einer Woche Gute Ausstattung in der Küche (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner)
Cottage ist direkt an der A30. Verkehr war gar nicht so schlimm, eher neugierige Fußgänger :) Bett etwas zu kurz für 1,95m Mann
