Wonderful location, perfect for a family stay

Prime Porthleven location. Absolutely wonderful to sit out the on the (albeit small) front space and soak in the vibe. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and well kitted out. Just enough outdoor space at the back to hang wetsuits etc.

Some of the floorboards are a bit creaky and the tiles in the entrance need resetting. Called the management company to get some extra bed sheets but they never got back to us.

Lovely house in excellent location in picturesque seaside town

location on the harbour and being able to sit outside and watch harbour activities, type of accommodation, cleanliness, thoughtful welcome package.

no internet, older tv with limited channels as poor reception sometimes. would have liked an airer for drying clothes indoors.

Location and views. Kitchen was well equipped.

Only gripes were poor shower water pressure. Carpets and windows could do with washing but that's me being picky. Only one bathroom for eight people? Luckily there were only three of us so not too bad.
