Great views over the sea. House with private entrance and parking outside the door. Three roomy bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace to sit and enjoy the evening.

Backyard could be more usable, but we did not use it at all.

Cosy beautiful home with excellent location and beautiful views

The initial communication was clear. While staying we tried to communicate with the property management company through chat, phone or messaging through booking.com but didn’t receive a reply.

We were warmly welcomed with underfloor heating and lamps on as we arrived late night, no problems finding the place or entering the house independently. We loved the whole layout across 3 floors: 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms plus added toilet and utility room. The outdoor spaces were enjoyable with the sea view. The decor was definitely giving a luxurious feel for a coastal holiday. The attention to detail was an added bonus, such as the range of reading books and jigsaw puzzles for rainy days. The owners notes and tourist information was handy. Loved how tescos and the Bean Inn vegetarian restaurant was a 3 minute walk away! Carbis Bay is a lovely walk away and less populated than the other beaches close by.

The bottom tray zone in the fridge is more colder, slightly freezing food. I'm sure a tweak is all that's needed to correct the temperature. The mattresses maybe hit or miss-I found it slightly uncomfortable although my husband didn't. However the rest of the bedding was comfortable.

The location was. excellent, and the property was of very high standards .

Needed some tumbler glasses ,only had mason jars to drink from . plenty of wine glasses though !
