Great place to stay in Cornwall with amazing views over the sea.

Great views over the sea. House with private entrance and parking outside the door. Three roomy bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace to sit and enjoy the evening.

Backyard could be more usable, but we did not use it at all.

Luxurious features with attention to detail.

We were warmly welcomed with underfloor heating and lamps on as we arrived late night, no problems finding the place or entering the house independently. We loved the whole layout across 3 floors: 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms plus added toilet and utility room. The outdoor spaces were enjoyable with the sea view. The decor was definitely giving a luxurious feel for a coastal holiday. The attention to detail was an added bonus, such as the range of reading books and jigsaw puzzles for rainy days. The owners notes and tourist information was handy. Loved how tescos and the Bean Inn vegetarian restaurant was a 3 minute walk away! Carbis Bay is a lovely walk away and less populated than the other beaches close by.

The bottom tray zone in the fridge is more colder, slightly freezing food. I'm sure a tweak is all that's needed to correct the temperature. The mattresses maybe hit or miss-I found it slightly uncomfortable although my husband didn't. However the rest of the bedding was comfortable.

The location was. excellent, and the property was of very high standards .

Needed some tumbler glasses ,only had mason jars to drink from . plenty of wine glasses though !

Fantastic location and views.

Only one proper shower despite the property having 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen but desperately needed a sharp knife! No tea towels or cleaning cloths despite messaging Booking.com. Also 5pm check in and 10am check out significantly shortens 2 of the days.

Easy to find and easy walk to a couple of pubs and restaurants. Tesco nearby for essentials.. Owner helpful when query over heating.

Would have been nice to have a few more large plates (there were only 5 and house sleeps 6) and some more cutlery to save using dishwasher every day. Windows in top floor bedroom rattles a lot when windy so would be good to get fixed.

Good

Absolutely wonderful location overlooking Gwithian/Godrevy. Stay was lovely - the house and garden was great - super close to the wonderful Carbis bay which could be accessed quickly down a pretty footpath. Carbis was super providing a lot of shelter in strong SW wind and only a short walk from St. Ives.

Was slightly odd that only one bath mat and one hand towel was provided, given there were 3 bath/shower rooms; this meant that we had to ask the property managers to come and provide us with extra towels. Just seems like an odd thing not to provide as is pretty easy and will likely lead to water damage on the floors and potential damp problems. Also there was no toilet roll provided - one roll would have been nice to kick us off! There were some mold stains on the pillow cases downstairs but this was soon rectified by the great property managers.
