Heather our host was incredibly helpful and friendly.
The location is very nice but we had thought it would be closer to Haverfordwest in fact its 6 miles inland from there. Not a huge problem.

Well presented on an extremely quiet road. Just ten mins north of Haverfodwest, we found it a great launch pad for exploring the peninsula.
It was clean. Spacious enough for 3-4 people.
Creaky floor boards downstairs and up to the extreme. Those sleeping downstairs had better be ready for a disturbed nights sleep if those above you like to take frequent trips to the loo.
Shame it was missing some basics. One hand soap for two bathrooms for instance. No dish soap. No salt or pepper…things I’m used to seeing.
Also, the downstairs loo had a dodgy plunge button meaning it would run and run and run until you figured out a ‘jiggle’ technique. Something that should be sorted I’d say.
Sofa’s need new sponge/padding and had no ‘decoration’ cushions, meaning lounge ‘lounging’ wasn’t cosy or particularly comfy.
Decor fine. Could do with a refresh.
Gosh, I sound like a moaner. I think it’s because the property has great potential and for the money we paid, we were happy. It was just missing that attention to detail.

The Granary is a roomy and light-filled house. The kitchen is a good size with a large dining table; and the lounge is cosy and includes a wood heater. The wet room downstairs includes toilet and shower; while upstairs the ensuite has a bath, toilet and bidet. Our friendly host, Heather, welcomed us on arrival, walked us through the accommodation and shared some hints and tips on where to eat and get groceries. There is a small village a 5-6 minute drive away (or 20 minute walk) with a local pub. Less than 15 minutes drive away you'll find a hotel that serves great meals and a fuel station/convenience store that is open 24/7.
