Stunning views from the property, really comfortable and spacious with great facilities. Perfect location to explore the Island and lots of local information to hand.

Needed to have instructions how to use some of the great facilities that were supplied. Ie. Sauna, jacuzzi shower and bath and also the induction hob on the cooker - just include in the info folder.

Mull magic

We loved everything about the cottage! The location was perfect, the facilities in the cottage were excellent from the wood burner to the jacuzzi bath, steam shower and sauna. The cottage had all the essentials needed and the view from the front and back of the cottage was beautiful 😍 with eagles, otters and hen harriers on show nearly every day. The cottage itself has large rooms with plenty space and storage and parking right at the door. The hosts were only a phone call away if you had any issues( not that we had any). Visitors should ditch the car and take a local bus journey round the island which the bus will stop for you at the end of the road (just wave it down). Some mornings we woke up to 3 very friendly ponies roaming about who love to be petted . All in all a perfect holiday in a perfect place.

Lovely week in cracking cottage in great location with lovely views

Good sized rooms and beautiful views through picture window in living room. Well equipped kitchen and utility area Great enclosed garden for the dog Location ideal for exploring the whole of Mull and relaxing to come back to after being out all day.

Breathtakingly beautiful location and a really special property - recommended.

Amazing location - everything we needed was to hand. The conservatory is an absolute gem and we spent a lot of time sitting in there reading or watching the wildlife. Beds very comfortable.

Can accept the reality of a rodent issue in that location but the sight of deterrent devices is a bit off-putting. A review of the available pots, pans, casseroles and baking trays might be worthwhile. A set of wooden spatulas etc.

Beautiful cottage, stunning views!

Pretty much everything - the views, the fire, the location. It was convenient, clean and felt very special. Loved the infrared sauna! I’ve mentioned a few of our dislikes below, but generally they were fairly minor things, and we’d definitely return.

The water in the bathroom ran brown for our whole stay, which was fine as we used bottled water but it meant we couldn’t use the bath. But we had been made previously aware by the owner that there were some issues water-wise, and to be honest we were out and about a lot! The wifi wasn’t great, but that’s neither here nor there, just if someone was working there they’d struggle. We had a few issues recycling locally, with some of the locals telling us it was the cottage hosts responsibility, but we managed to sort this ourselves. Netflix would be a good addition :)
