Amazing from the start
No downstairs toilet and hot tub privacy was limited.

Perfect in every way. Ideal family home to celebrate our birthdays with our children & grandchildren, (family of 14). The Farm house was perfect, clean and spacious. Big Garden & hot tub was ideal. Private paring. Abbey Farm caravan park is a great place to stay, Bistro & bar on site with delicious food. Lovely walks into Llangollen. Staff were helpful and kind. Abbey Farm caravan park comes highly recommended by all our family, thank you for having us. We will see you again sometime 😁.

Spacious, great location. On site Bistro does great food.
Needs a bit of proper maintenance. Shower in main bathroom didn’t work so 8 people ended up using one en suite shower. Drains were blocked and the smell bad. Beds need new mattresses as you could feel the springs. Staff (we think) were really noisy to 2.00 a.m. on the Saturday night. Games room definitely not as pictured. Front door was open and had no key.
