In my opinion a gold standard of this style of property , spotlessly clean fully furnished , plenty of space , comfortable beds , adjacent parking , wonderful grounds , quiet , in other words a perfect stay modern fixtures and fittings everything on hand for self catering , very warm in fact turned down the heating , I would hope to come back at anytime we enjoyed every minute Thank you .
I really cant think of anything this place suited our needs 100%

The property was first class. It just felt like the place you would want to relax in. Wide open planned. Plenty of cooking utensils to make a lovely dinner. Lovely comfy beds in both rooms. The bathroom has a large bath for a good old soak. I would love it as my home

Emplacement très calme, en pleine campagne à 15 minutes du centre de York.
Gite très confortable, très bien chauffé et équipé.
Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires, très réactifs en cas de questions.
Décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Très agréable de trouver un "kit de survie" : thé, lait et délicieux biscuits.
Rien.
Pour avoir la note de 11, il ne manquait qu'une patère derrière la porte de la salle de bains et une cloche pour couvrir les plats dans le micro-ondes 😀 !
