The location is close to Tulum downtown but in a quiet place, which is a plus.
If you are looking for a quiet place on a budget and you are not demanding in terms of additional services, this place is for you.
We did not meet anyone at the reception but the owner responded quickly by messaging.

The staff was amazing and we felt very welcome! The Hotel is very beautiful and the pool is a nice place to start and end the day!
It is a little bit outside of the city but it’s possible to walk or go by taxi. However that is something to consider.

Really cool looking place. Nice pool. Cooking facilities are useful. The big bed was very comfortable.
We were woken up every morning by chickens and a huge truck that would start its engine and leave it running for a long time and it felt like an earthquake. A car is needed for this property.

The offer describes an exceptional breakfast, which is included in the price of the stay. After all, we were disappointed and reminded at the reception, that the basic breakfast is bread and coffee. For the rest of the offer would have to be paid extra!!
- My girlfriend and I traveled all over the Yucatan and with superb breakfast which were included in the price. Here we were disappointed with the deception in the offer. !!
That’s the breakfast for two persons ( 2 slide of bread, butter and jam)
