    Convenient location within walking distance to main shopping & eating area, easy access to monorail. Plenty of choice for konbini within 400m. Impeccable amenities & cleanliness across the whole hotel with attentive housekeeping staff. Wonderful reception staff who are attentive & helpful, provide advice & information when needed.

    The hotel is nicely decorated at first glance, giving the impression of a great place to stay. Unfortunately, it's all just for show. The air conditioning emitted a terrible musty smell as soon as we turned it on. The room was not properly cleaned—we found hair from previous guests, and it looked like no one had ever cleaned behind the toilet seat. To make matters worse, the bathroom had visible mold and was missing the silicone sealant around the bathtub, causing water to run into the gap every time we showered. Great decor doesn't make up for terrible hygiene and poor maintenance. I would not recommend staying here.

    The button of the shower is broken and I couldn’t adjust the temperature of water. It’s SUPER HOT.

    I had read reviews about the toilet seat not being clean, when we first checked into the hotel, I went to inspect the bathroom and there were in fact urinal rings on the toilet seat. While the staff was kind enough to offer to clean the bathroom or change the room, it really made us question the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom would always smell weird. Sometimes the towel they gave had weird stains or dirt on them. Aside from that, the location is great, everything is walking distance (15-20minutes) and it’s good for the price. If Tissage can improve their cleanliness, I think it would receive a significantly higher rating.
