The villa comprises 5 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, arranged in separate functional sections of the house. The total living area is about 240m². It can accommodate 10-12 people at any time and would be ideal for up to 3 families.
The ground floor includes a dining area, a living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped, modern and spacious kitchen, and a double bedroom with an accompanying bathroom.
The first floor includes two double bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed.
