The modern detached single family house located in Bel Design is the quiet residential district of Porto Cristo. This port is the house of some of the inhabitants of Manacor, That Which Makes most of it the population of Porto Cristo is Majorcan. You will find the beach of Porto Cristo at just 500m, and the virgin sandy bay of Cala Petita is just 20 minutes on foot. In the house You will also find two free-to-use bikes During your stay. Nearby the district you will find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and other services at your disposal.

The site has 450 m2, with 150 m2 of house. On the ground floor you will find a wide dining-room, sitting-room and kitchen with access to the swimming-pool, as well as a bathroom, laundry, garage, pantry and barbecue area.

Beautiful modern Villa in Portocristo! Extremely clean and well appointed with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Super close to restaurants, markets and a fantastic beach. The host, Bel, is courteous, timely and so willing to help if we had any questions or needs. My family would definitely love to rebook if we are in Mallorca again!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und gepflegt und es fehlt wirklich an nichts, genau wie zuhause. Es gab sogar Wasser aus dem Brunnen, welches wir trinken konnten. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Da wir am Morgen ankamen, konnten wir unsere Koffer dort deponieren bis das Haus gereinigt war. Zur Begrüssung gab es eine Flache Wein, Bier, Cola und einen Fruchtkorb. Eine sehr nette Geste. In der Nähe hat es einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen in dem schönem Haus und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
Das Einzigste was meine Schwester und ich etwas vermisst haben ist etwas mehr Naturschatten, grosse Bäume und Pflanzen. Aber das ist nur ein Detail ;-)

The villa was very modern and an easy walk into Porto Cristo. We were very surprised there was absolutely no information about how to work the tv, local places to eat, taxi or bus information which would have been useful. The only English Channel we found was Sky News. The caretaker came mid stay but was unable to find any English channels at all.
Although in a nice residential area barking dogs and rubbish collections Most days before 7am Spoilt what could have been a peaceful stay.
The bins were beside the fence to the pool Which may have accounted for the amount of flies coming into the house.
Not really ideal for English speaking holidaymakers due to the tv issue but fine if you speak German.
