Everything about this place was Awesome!The view is amazing, day and night. We will stay at this cabin again next year!

We had an amazing time as a family of four with an infant included. Everything was beautiful

The overall stay was very enjoyable played pool all day and enjoyed the hot tube at night. While we were staying the plumbing got backed up but was still livable. And the location was perfect for downtown. The view in the morning was to die for, simply beautiful!

First of all, we did not see any instructions anywhere, in emails, phone calls, cabin binder or fridge, literally anywhere, in regards to making sure your vehicle and cabin doors are locked to prevent bear intrusions. So we were shocked to find out that a bear had gotten into our vehicle. Luckily for us, someone was outside and scared the bear off, only after the same bear tried to enter their vehicle. It did no damage to ours, but for the rest of the weekend, we were very cautious and nervous! Secondly, I will discuss the cons, or suggestions for added comfort. The indoor jacuzzi was in my opinion stronger than the hot tub. The hot tub had amazing views, and was nice, but honestly felt more like an oversized bath tub. There were not many jets, and they were not powerful. The outdoor chairs were metal with no cushions and not comfortable. There were no side tables to sit drinks upon. The floors were dirty and there were bugs laying in the window sills downstairs and we saw 1 dead bug on the floor. When we moved the couch, so we could prepare for our in-cabin massages, it was dirty. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, considering we sleep on a memory foam mattress at home, we were not expecting the same comfort level, but these beds felt cheap. The pillows were flat, floppy and dirty. The shower upstairs is extremely small I am 5'4 and 124 lbs. and I barely fit with limited movement. When I opened the door, the water ran from the door all over the floor and soaked the floor, making for an easy slip and fall, if I wasn't paying attention. The pressure on both showers was lacking. The downstairs shower was normal sized, however the drain remained slow the entire time, so at the end of my shower I was standing in 3" of water. There were not many blankets to be found in the cabin, the one large one that I did find, was dirty with fuzzies on it that fell everywhere when i unfolded it to use it, so I tossed it aside, unsure if it had recently been washed. There were no instructions on how to operate the dish washer, so I had to guess and then wait a few minutes to ensure it did in fact start. We understood the reasons behind a timed fireplace, but didn't like it. Lastly, the pros. It was in a great location, easy to access. Minutes from Gatlinburg. The cabin is beautiful and the views are truly breathtaking. There is only 1 other house nearby, however you still attain complete privacy. Included linens are included. We loved the pool table!
